We offer booth space on the ground floor and on the first floor (see 'Floor plans'). The standard size of the stand space is 6 qm (3m in length and 2m in depth). The price for a booth is 1.500,00 € on the ground floor and 1.300,00 € on the first floor *.
This includes:
- max. 3 tables
- max. 3 chairs
- power supply and wireless
- listing in the program booklet
- daily cleaning
- free access for the booth personnel (max. 3 people/booth) to all scientific events, to the coffee breaks and to the buffets in the evening
- participants list as a file
and you can bring your own stand elements, of course.
Booth space will be allocated on a “first-come, first-served basis” and will be available from 17 September 2024.
In January 2025 we will provide more detailed information on the meeting (set-up, dismantling, parking area, etc.).
*Stand space will be invoiced by the Neurowissenschaftliche Gesellschaft. Since the Neurowissenschaftliche Gesellschaft is a non-profit organization we are not subject to VAT. The price for the stand is the gross amount without VAT. No VAT will be charged in addition.
In 2025 we will organize the 6th time the “passport competition”.
The goal of this lottery is to attract as many participants as possible to the commercial booths.
To achieve this aim we will include in the participants’ material a “passport”. This “passport” lists all exhibitors. In order to qualify for the drawing this “passport” must be stamped by at least 30 exhibitors at a designated space.
Exhibitors who want to participate are requested to give a contribution in kind. The list of prizes which were raffled in 2023 can be found here.
