We have blocked a large number of rooms in four hotels in the vicinity of the meeting site. In case you want to book a room in one of those hotels (see list below), please fill in the Hotel Booking Form and return it to the office of the German Neuroscience Society not later than January 6, 2015. Hotel reservations are handled by the travel agency DER Deutsches Reisebüro in Berlin. Rooms will be reserved on a first come – first served basis. All rates quoted are per room and per night and include breakfast. The travel agency DER Deutsches Reisebüro will contact you directly after receiving your Hotel Booking Form. Reservation requests must be received BEFORE January 6, 2015. After this date we cannot guarantee accommodation.

All prices per room and night, including breakfast buffet and 7 % VAT, excluding Göttingen visitor's tax  (3 stars: 2,14 € and 4 stars: 3,21 €).

The CeBIT takes place in Hannover at the same time as the Göttingen Meeting. Therefore the hotels InterCity and Park Inn by Radisson accept bookings for three concecutive nights only.
